Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require confirmation before dispatch.

Shipping Time

We aim to deliver your order within 7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Delhi/NCR: 2–4 business days
  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
  • Other Locations in India: Up to 7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders (if applicable)
  • Shipping charges for COD orders may be applied at checkout.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

  • Unreachable phone number

additional delivery attempts may be made, or the order may be returned to us.

Re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or items are missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
