Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Include original tags and packaging
  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized/custom-made products
  • Earrings or hygiene-sensitive jewelry items (recommended for jewelry store)
  • Gift cards
  • Sale/discounted items

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

To get a different item, please return the eligible product and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Processing usually takes 7–10 business days
  • Banks/payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the amount

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI, and customers may be required to provide payment details.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may request a return after delivery if the item meets return eligibility criteria.
